Kate Lappin is the Regional Coordinator at the Asia Pacific Forum on Women, Law and Development (APWLD). APWLD is a membership driven, feminist network of more than 200 women's rights organisations and movements across 26 countries of the Asia Pacific region. APWLD provides feminist perspectives and responses to the intersections between globalisation, militarism, fundamentalisms and patriarchy by fostering the growth of feminist movements and advocating for Development Justice.
