Since joining the New Tactics in Human Rights Program in 2016 as a trainer, Omar has demonstrated a profound commitment to professional development and excellence in training. In 2023, Omar advanced to the role of the MENA Program Manager, where he oversees the strategic direction and implementation of training initiatives. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing program efficacy and participant engagement.

Omar holds an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney, where he honed his skills in strategic management and organizational development. This academic background, combined with his extensive hands-on experience, enables Omar to blend theory with practice, delivering training programs that resonate with diverse audiences.
