Emily Beltmann-Swenson is an experienced project officer who leads critical operational functions for the New Tactics program including programmatic, logistical, risk management, and administrative support.
Throughout her project management career she has focused on beneficiary funding mechanisms, including subawards, and compliance. Emily has been with CVT since 2014, gaining a wide breadth of experience in global capacity building projects, direct service programing for torture survivors living in the U.S. and abroad, and organizational risk management. Emily is currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration in Project Management program through Capella University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
