The Strategic Effectiveness trainings are focused on helping human rights defenders learn how to develop strategies to help them achieve their goals and then choosing and implementing tactics to support the strategy. We provide hands-on activities and experience working with others to create a strategy and learn how to identify effective tactics.

Many of our trainings have been in-person.  We are continually working to provide more training materials and elements of our training online. Explore our Strategy Toolkit (coming soon) for the resources available and join our community to learn about new materials and resources.
